Why Choose Yoga Teacher Mentoring?

Being a successful yoga teacher requires passion, commitment, and continuous improvement. Having a yoga mentor can help you along the way.

With yoga teacher mentoring, teachers are able to receive guidance on dealing with difficult situations, share knowledge within the yoga community, and progress in their profession of yoga teaching.

Yoga teacher trainees are able to get support in their journey of becoming a qualified yoga teacher and what their next steps will be after graduation. We all need some guidance and support – mentoring is an excellent way to share knowledge and work together.

If you’re dedicated to your yoga teaching, why not try a mentoring session?

How Does it Work?

Penelope’s mentoring sessions take place on Friday evenings, 5-6 times per year. Mentoring sessions typically run for 2 hours and can be attended in person or online through Zoom.

During the session, Penelope will:

  • Answer questions you have about clients, classes, and more
  • Share new research on yoga benefits, poses, and sequences
  • Give your personalized feedback based on your teaching
