Please note that level 1 is suitable for complete beginners and people who haven’t been doing yoga on a regular basis. Level 2 is suitable for students who are more advanced, teacher trainees, and yoga teachers. Alina will offer modifications throughout the class.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (L1-2) class is a moving, breathing, meditation. You will be “flowing” through the practice of Sun Salutations, inversions and you will also be introduced to more advanced poses with variations for all levels.
With its constant movement, Vinyasa Flow Yoga can be seen as the most ‘cardio’ of the yoga styles where you get the heart pumping and the body sweating.
This ‘moving meditation’ has a profound and positive impact on your emotional and mental health.

In this course, you will learn the basics of yoga postures, sequencing, alignment, and breath. You will receive personal attention from an experienced teacher and work at a slow pace that means you’ll learn the basics thoroughly, step by step.
This course will prepare you to explore the many different styles of yoga and build the confidence to join drop-in classes.
